The Technology & Engineering Education Collegiate Association (TEECA) is the pre-professional organization for technology and engineering education majors. TECA students develop professional leadership skills by volunteering for department events, working for Habitat for Humanity, interacting with junior high and high school students, and attending conferences. They develop knowledge of the curriculum through participation in TECA competitive events.
The faculty advisor is Chris Merrill. You may contact Dr. Merrill by phone at (309) 438-7862 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
TEECA members compete in the Midwest TEECA Regional Competitions as well as at the international level. TEECA members have won 29 awards since 1996.
